Hi and welcome to my profile page.

My name's Helen and I'm from the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland. My family - including my dog of course - are the most important thing in my life. I'm an avid dog/animal/nature lover.

I chose the nickname 'Seeker7' really because number 7 is my favourite number and the 'seeker' part is due to my love of learning and finding out anything new. In particular I love mysteries!

I've been a Registered Nurse for nearly twenty five years and I worked as a care manager and healthcare instructor for 8 of those years. I'm also a freelance writer on numerous subjects other than health/medicine. I've had a number of articles published in hard-copy magazines over the years and on-line.

I've studied and have an interest in many subjects such as - nature, cryptozoology, folklore/legend, history, the paranormal, the Kabbalah, spiritualism, crafts, science.

Hub Pages is a great place to work and play. I have met so many wonderful, generous and supportive people - as well as some fabulous writers and I look forward to meeting many more!
